Please contact me with your questions and/or a free initial phone consultation. I will return your call within a day, unless it is a weekend, then I call back on Monday. I only return emergency calls during the weekend.

Billing
Fees vary, based upon the type of services provided. Payment is due upon receipt of service. Payment is accepted in the form of check, cash or Visa/Mastercard.
You may be concerned that using your insurance company will result in your being given a diagnostic label. Under a fee-for-service approach, treatment will not be reported to your insurance company. It is confidential under HIPAA guidelines.
For Medicare patients, as required by law, I will submit the bill for you.
Your insurance provider may have an “out of network” option. My services may be covered partially. I will provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance. I accept Medicare Part B, Care First, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and APS insurance.
Please contact your health care company to check if treatment services are reimbursable. You should check to see if your insurance company requires authorization of any kind for reimbursement of services, or if a treatment plan is required. Insurance reimbursement is the responsibility of the client.
