Having worked across executive search and senior corporate Talent Acquisition leadership, including with HSBC, Ericsson and Gartner, I bring experience from both sides of the hiring equation — advising organisations externally and leading talent acquisition from within complex multinational businesses.

I have spent much of my career working internationally, alongside executives whose careers frequently cross countries, cultures and industries. I believe that breadth should be understood rather than screened out.

The strongest candidate is not always the person whose CV most closely resembles the job description. A consulting Partner with direct industry experience, a technology leader who has operated within financial services, or an executive who has successfully crossed markets can bring perspectives that a conventional search may overlook.

Good executive search requires judgement: understanding what someone has accomplished, where they have succeeded and how that experience could translate into a different organisation or market.
